Pso2 not working HELP! -

The game seems to crash or stop running right after I hit the launch button on the launcher. I opened task manager to see what was going on and it seemed the process stopped loading after 49692k, froze for a second, and then end. Can anyone help. The game just came out today T.T

Hit the third button on the launcher to do a file check... Is GameGuard starting up at all? Is there an error message or anything? Sorry you are having troubles ><
