Does anybody have an idea of where the best place to look for Photon Drops would be?

Since they drop everywhere, just keep running VM and RoF. Hell, do some C runs to make farming them go by faster.

It also helps if you have a high luck rating. C runs would give me 2 to 5 drops a run.

I did about 5 C runs on RoF with 3* luck and only got 1 drop. Why?

They seem to drop more often with more people in the party, not sure why - but it was like flicking a light switch comparing solo to a full party. Possibly just luck.

Every ROF run on C drops at least 1-2 drops guaranteed. Just spam the quest.
