Well I'm actually kind of new to Phantasy Star Online and I saw that someone on youtube reviewed PSO2. The whole review was pretty much positive and I decided to play the beta. I've got to say it has to have one of the most detailed rpg system for a f2p game. I just wish that NA version would come out soon. I've been hearing things about the ToU and decided to gather some info by coming here and just chatting in general.
I really doubt they'll IP block or ban people considering that people actually bought stuff with AC though. SEGA would probably be in some trouble with the people who spent money on merchandise or costumes. If they didn't want people signing up from other countries they would've not let americans sign up to begin with. But it could totally happen because other mmorpgs had similar scenarios. But besides what is said above I really don't know much about law. |
