I never played Twewy before, I always wanted to but I never got the chance. Rumors have been appearing of a sequel ever since an interview stating that the developers would like a return into the world of ..the world ends with you.
And not to long ago, an official teaser site from square enix pops up
only leaving a countdown leading to next week.

A lot of people think it's over-rated but I still think it's a must play RPG for the DS.

Assuming it'll be on the DS but no complaints if it's on the Wii... or something (yeah right)

The story was definitely set up to open up a a bunch of BS that can be explained in a sequel... >_>;;

That sequel has been confirmed for YEARS now lol. Its about time production became official though. I read in the latest Nintendo Power, that since they've finally finished work on Dream Drop Distance, they can start on TWEWY 2. As if they haven't already lol.

Looking forward to it, though my guess would be that they won't be having Neku as the main character this time around, but who knows, he very well could be.

Thats what I heard as well.
If everyone knew it was coming out for sure, then articles like this wouldnt show up..

I couldn't get into the first game even though it was stylish as hell. Gameplay just didnt' click with me. Of course that was several eyars ago so maybe I should try it again.
