I havent played BR in a long time so the vid is helping me get back into the groove of the class again.
Tbf, anyone and everyone who does SE0 gekka slowly triggers me. And yes, you should've have both stances.
@Kril When it requires me to actually grind a qli/nem/slave, learning the patterns for solo, practicing it, getting a secondary or even a tertiary weapon, getting a slightly better pc to record and play at a decent fps, and then TA'ing just to give him a better record. I can very much say it's not worth the time or effort just to say i can do better. There's literally nothing to gain from it.
So I've decided to revisit Br after getting a bit sick of hero and having a zenesis katana drop a couple weeks ago. It was my main before taking a lengthy hiatus. Kind of a drag having to get both main and sub classes to 80, but whatever.
My question is what are folks using for PA's these days on both weapons? I know there have been a number of updates to bridge the gap between hero and other classes recently.

so let's get this straight. you don't care about helping people improve, you just like pointing out flaws. you also think running amdu as br should use avg/weak stance and not hybrid tree for anga. yet you've never solo'd it because you don't have the gear (?) do you even play the class?
katana PAs
tsukimi - typically only for hitting weak points in the air a few times e.g. hot wheels after a part break
gekka - follow-up PA after a counter or sakura-endo type0 for bossing. knocks up, so not useful for mobbing really.
kanran - the power up and pp cost down made this 10/10 for AoE dps
sakura endo type0 - bread and butter dps PA for a smaller hitboxes combo'd with gekka.
hien - still only ever useful for magatsu (lol)
asagiri - less dps than sakura, but more precise e.g. point-blank ringa core. cannot be spammed due to SEGA lowering the amount of gear this PA generates.
hatou - king of DPS for larger hitboxes (think deus dragon heads, anga, etc.) the EP5 buff for this was great
shunka - still useless, i've yet to see this be useful even after all of its buffs
kazan - this used to have more use as an AoE PA for stuff that wouldn't group. it's main purpose now is pre-emptive damage, gear maintenance, or the occasional wide, frontal AoE
fudou - cheap, stuns nothing more to say
guren - gap close damage, okay for using as a dps tool if you need to stay in the air
What's wrong with Gekka > SE0 loops, anyway? Is it cause it's not as fast as outright spamming SE0?
