the only good thing ive ever seen coconut oil do was teeth cleaning and its antibacterial properties to reduce tooth pain "and heal small cavities"

but you need unboiled coconut oil, wich is expensive and hard to find in manny places. "here anyway"

youre better off brushing your teeth regularly and avoiding sweets.

if youre worried about "bad fats" stop eating shit. and eat healthy food,
