You have no idea how this skill or crafting in general actually works, do you?

getting dex for the bow maybe an issue even with the requirement reduction wont it?

Well, you just forgot that crafting a weapon to use Silver Mats will reduce a lot of the stupidly wide variance to just 20% variance. There is a reason why crafted Firearms was a cheap alternative when looking up for a rifle some time ago.

Good thing the casino has requirement swapping items.
Edit: and if you can equip Saiki, you'll have no problem equipping the bow with the -30% stat requirement at max exlv.

It's 50-100% and has always been like that. Craft Mastery adds 10% of the weapon's ATK and does not affect damage variance in any way whatsoever.

It should also be worth noting that unlike crit boosting potentials, the potential for red weapons essentially boosts your minimum damage as well. You're basically at 57-114% variance at level 1 (sorta).

Make sure you have enough money and resources (and high enough stats) to craft your Saiki units before you do it... and level 10 extension unlocked (or enough patience to have other people do the crafting for you.) It's a more expensive process than it seems.

If you're not planning on using crafted weapons, Southern Cross is still one of the best multiclass Bows for RA/BR.

Your Launcher choice has a good potential too. Maybe Final Impact would be better due to its weak point damage boost, but you could do much worse than a Standing Snipe boost. But I'm not sure crafting 11*s is a good idea. The max damage boost appears to be pretty minimal, especially considering the damage variance that is added to extended weapons.

Don't know much about Mena Alice, though. I use Hurio Sniff instead.

It's a little questionable whether it's actually worth the effort and meseta to go past Special Extend Lv. 3 on units, though. Lv. 3 to Lv. 10 nets you a grand total of... *drumroll* ...60 DEF per category per unit.
    Staggering, I know.

But it you have ~1.5 million meseta plus mats per unit to spare...

Personally have my T-ATK set at ex. 8. Force is squishy, so every bit of defense helps. Too lazy/poor to get it to 10 though.

60 DEF is actually a lot (considering with three units that's 180 DEF in each category), and it's not nearly as expensive as that either. Not like you're going to be replacing the units anytime soon anyway.

Personally I'd say go with level 8 since 8 > 10 is definitely not worth it.
