Noob help with Weapon Badges, PA Fragments, etc

I have been picking up tons of these items like Weapon Badges, PA Fragments, and a few others I can't remember the names of. All of them say stuff about they being able to be traded in. I have no idea what to do with them. Can anyone help me out?

Various Trade Missions offer weapons, clothes, PA disks, etc. for them
They'll start showing up eventually (if you don't have any available yet).

Trade missions in story mode. Look at the bottom.

Under story mode, you can choose the trade mission option and that will allow you to enter an area where you can trade the various collectibles you mentioned for weapons/room goods etc.

But in the future, you should ask questions like this in the question thread, do a search, or look it up in the Wiki, etc.
It's really not hard to find.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I guess I didn't get any yet. I haven't really progressed very far in the story yet.

I'm new to the forum so I didn't notice the question thread. I'll use that next time though so thanks for bringing it to my attention. I had done a search on the forum but was finding stuff for various PS titles rather than PSP2.

It seens like i need to craft some things, but i dont have any PA fragments, any tip on how to get some PA fragments?

Been a while I played PSP2, but iirc, PA fragment were awarded 1 at end of each mission (or free mission). And they were used to trade in one of the trade mission, for various PA, bullet or tech disck (those disk level increase as your character level does).

Actually, I don't remember any literal crafting in PSP2.
