Help me I can't play the game in fullscreen (virtual fullscreen)

Hello community i have a big problem. I cant run the game in fullscreen or virtual fullscreen.
I already tried the PSO option in the tweaker and set them to: Resolution 1920x1080, virtual fullscreen.
But after starting the game it wont apply the changes. I also tried to do it manually and changed the settings in the user.pso file and the last thing i did was changing the settings in the original launcher.
All of that did not help.
The only thing i did not try was reinstalling the whole game but i dont think that would make a difference.
I thank all of you who try to help me in advance.
I wont check the forum until next week because im traveling.

Go into Documents/SEGA/PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 and delete the file "user.pso2".

Thanks for your fast response.
I tried your solution and deleted the file started the tweaker looked at the settings and pressed play.
Still no fullscreen
Is there another solution ?


PS: Sorry for my late response i was hospitalized for a month.

Have you checked to make sure that your graphics drivers are up-to-date?
