Tweaker Updater.exe Error

I can't Update the PSO2 Tweaker!
It says my updater is incompatible with 64bit versions of windows.

Every time I click the Ok for updating my tweaker it says.

The program or feature "\??\C:\Tweaker\PSO2 Tweaker Updater.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

If you can't update it, try downloading the latest one from the arks-layer site. That should work, and see if you have the same error for future updates.

I've Been doing this since 3.0.3.6. It just keeps giving me the same error each time.
