I think I am jumping the gun on the TA's considering I am not capped, not do I have the proper armor to do so, hence why I would run out of PP in 3 DA's. Hopefully more improvement to come.

Use the 3rd normal attack of sabers to sustain your PP. Each hit gives 9 PP back, hitting a total of 3 times (27 PP). Step attack gives 5 PP per hit (3 again, 15 PP), and saber gear 1 PP per hit.
