That's not quite right. The notation displayed was reduced to 0.8 of what it used to display, but the damage itself was unchanged. Namegid and Ilfoie were changed in a similar fashion, having their notation reduced by half, but the damage was unchanged. That was just part of making the notation displays accurate to how much damage the PA/tech actually did.

In other words, BHS always did the damage its current notation displays. The only change was making the notation displayed accurate. Which is exactly what I said in the post you quoted.

Well, either way Ducking Blow is now at 95% of the dmg at all times but for a lot less pp and with a hell lot more range and it's not slower either.
I really see no reason to use BHS anymore besides nostalgia.
