Error Code 702

My Brother just made his SEGA ID and Password for the PS4 PSO2, but when ever he tries to log in with is info it keeps giving him the 702 error code. I tried searching here for info on the error codes, but haven't had any luck. Does anyone know what Error Code 702 means?

Did he activate service for pso2?

I'm not sure if he did, I went to ask him if he was able to select either PC or PS4, and he said he didn't see any of the options. Something may have went wrong during the registration process. It could have been the Captcha section.

Edit: My brother is able to login the site with his SEGA ID, but can't find the option to activate it for the PS4.

Edit edot: After searching the SEGA ID site a bit, he found where he needed to activate everything he needed to play his game on the PS4. Thankyou for all of your help, we really appreciate it.

I am having this same issue. Where were you able to find it on the site and fix this? As said I can also log into the site but get error 702 in game.
