Problem launching the game

So I downloaded the client from arks layer and have everything updated using pso tweaker but everytime i try to launch the game I just get a gameguard pop up window in internet explorer. I'm wondering if the client from arks layer is current? and if not where can I download a better version of the client?

Or maybe im doing something wrong?

1) In PSO Tweaker, go to the Orb Menu thing
2) go to Troubleshooting > Fix Gameguard
3) ???
4) Meseta!

In all seriousness though do steps 1 and 2 and you should be good to go.
