Affix Stigma+SpiritaIII (@6s) to XQ set. It'll be no problem then. As long as you have 150 PP, you're alright. Anything more than 150 is not really needed.

With XQ set(+15pp one), Spirita III and 3pp boss soul on every piece of equipment including weapon you'll be at 143pp. So you'd only need Stigma and +2pp fever on your weapon. And weapons are considerably easier(read cheaper) than units to affix.
