Lobby Action issue

So was wondering if anyone else has encountered this or has a solution if not hopefully an explanation. I've been playing for quite some time now and have not really encountered any issues. I just got my friend to start playing but she has issues seeing lobby actions but the rest of the game seems fine. She cant see me use lobby actions she doesnt have. She can see hersself use a dance lobby action but not a wave or laugh. She can see me imitate some of her lobby actions but not all. Some people I know speculate latency. Does anyone know anything we havent thought of?

If she can't use some of yours, that's normal. If she can't see you doing them, tell her to do a file check.
