Default Proxy has messed up my router

I used the proxy at http://pso2proxy.cyberkitsune.net/ today and I was playing fine. Then, suddenly, my internet slowed so badly I was disconnected. Then, upon further tests, I noticed I wasn't able to do much without timing out. Webpages, whatever.

I checked my router settings extensively and found this:

I researched for 20 minutes on how to fix this because I wasn't able to click the region box. It just won't let me. I reset the router, I reset my modem, I used the command prompt to go through the ipconfig settings like release and renew, even flushed my dns. Nothing helped. It just says Europe under region no matter what I do.

I live in the US, it said US before. How do I undo what the proxy has done?

    Default

I know this is a late reply but have you checked where your currently located by trying Geomapping websites, if what you say is true and your from the US it should return your location in the US.

Technically speaking the channels you have is correct since EU Channels mostly have 13, and US Channels have 11.

you can check this here link for more Info.

also can you include what model of router your using? TPLink, NetGear, Huawei?
