I (think) that error is caused by Windows UAC activating while you're playing the game. Were you trying to install something while PSO2 was running right before this happened?

what happened before it popped up?

i finished downloading update then started game and that popped up right before cutscene, I wasnt donloading anything else at the time

My pso2 start screen doesnt even have a version number... I think im doomed

Er, did you seriously use a cameraphone to take a shot of your computer SCREEN?

Please use something like CamStudio or Camtasia or Irfranview to take a screenshot so that people with knowledge of Japanese may be able to help you.

Print Screen key plus Microsoft Paint is a bit easier. Fraps is my preference.
