ok i got all S Ranks on the normal story mode but got the good ending. do i have to go back and do the same story mode over again to see where i messed up? and do the first two side missions matter? thanks for answering

I'm not 100% sure if whether or not you need to do the side missions, as I've done them before getting the true ending, but you need to pick enough correct choices in the story missions to get the true ending.
