No that file does not exist and here's a link to what the hosts file says: whathostsays.txt

There's not much in there at all it seems.

There's a possibility that I'm not... I'll mess around a bit more and see what I figure out.

EDIT: No that's definitely it. I've looked up how to access it and it was exactly the same file address and everything.

Sorry for the double post, but I guess I should mention that I never used the proxy server that the tweaker provided. I don't know if that makes a difference or not, though...

EDIT: Nevermind... I'm sorry... I just did what the front page said to the tweaker and it seems to be working fine. It took me a bit to even understand what it meant... ><
