Ok. Lets take a step back and calm down for one moment. To any involved parties with refunds or any of that go ahead and contact each other via private message or skype or email or anything other sort of means outside of a public forum. Because this is serious business being involved here. Don't post emails, or other private information, $ info etc on a public setting. Again use emails and other more private messanging sort of ordeals.

Now in terms of what happened. I can't side one side or the other about it. Is it truth? Is it exaggeration? Who knows. That's outside of my control. All of that Arks-Layer money things have always been outside properties from here because it involved real moneys and that gets things into hairy situations, that would make things alot easier if they didnt happen here. That'll continue.

To call out against a specific person and say things. True or not, it is not what we do round here, that isn't different.


So lets get to the point. The thread, the discussion is closed. The thread, is not deleted but put hidden till I can figure out a better solution as to what to do.
Im going to split this post away from this thread as a stapled post with information about the following.

1. If you have any issue with ArksLayer things with refunds or the like, contact them through email, skype or direct messaging, for safe and private discussion outside of here.

2. Dont post anymore about the topic. If its seen, it'll be deleted/locked as needed. Again use private messaging or emails to discuss your concerns.

3. You put yourself at your own risk for using third party contacts to do any monetary purchasing. Please remember that. The forum here does not have any intervention with any of that type of thing.

4. The topic is closed.

All talk and discussion about exchanging meseta for Web Money, or whatever it is these transactions in the last week have been. Keep it off of this site. If it comes up again it'll be removed and infractions/warnings will be distributed.

If you find a concern with a user and what they do. Fine; ignore them.
If you dislike a certain user because of their past. Fine; ignore them.

What you should NOT do is point fingers, instigate fights or bandwagon on a certain posters behavior. It contributes absolutely nothing and causes more stupidity then good.

Failure to comply with this will result in infractions and suspensions from the forums.
If you make an account to bypass these suspensions those will be banned along with the suspended accounts immediately.
