All talk and discussion about exchanging meseta for Web Money, or whatever it is these transactions in the last week have been. Keep it off of this site. If it comes up again it'll be removed and infractions/warnings will be distributed.

If you find a concern with a user and what they do. Fine; ignore them.
If you dislike a certain user because of their past. Fine; ignore them.

What you should NOT do is point fingers, instigate fights or bandwagon on a certain posters behavior. It contributes absolutely nothing and causes more stupidity then good.

Failure to comply with this will result in infractions and suspensions from the forums.
If you make an account to bypass these suspensions those will be banned along with the suspended accounts immediately.
