I just can't seem to understand Kaiser Rise's purpose. If everything had the AI of the PC version (where everything is oblivious to where you are or just slow and very telegraphed), sure it makes sense.

But in es? You can't cancel out of it, and because everything is constantly moving, using to attack you, the startup delay it has is killer. It also does as much as Wild Round per hit, but less overall since it only hits 5-6 times. And before anyone says it's because of the added range, keep in mind that you generally want to JA your attacks. If you try to JA Kaiser Rise, you end up running at the enemy which defeats the purpose of Kaiser Rise, or you have to perform 2 in succession (which kills your CP if you are using the 11* variant.)

I managed to pull 23 million damage in a single run with a Rina friend chip. I imagine you can one pass SH bosses consistently if you can use Yamigarasu + one of the many class E 12* along with it.

Unfortunately, this has also had the negative side effect of making SH help requests less common due to it being easier then ever to one pass.
