What does SPEHF mean?

I heard it on a Photon Art video

That was a trend back when PAs which required Photon Art Fragments were released. No one knew what to name them so at first they were called Ultimate PAs (UPAs), then someone called VII called them VII Factor PAs (VIIF), and the player in that video went by Speh and decided to parody it by calling them SPEHF.

Basically it doesn't mean anything =p

I remember when that happened...

Indeed it was just a made-up name, for whatever reason. Eventually it was phased out as players realized it was just a silly acronym for a new batch of PAs.
