Changing Sega ID Name

I want to change my sega ID, I saw that theres is an change pass for a couple thousand ac. is this how i change my sega id name or through the website? any information on this topic would be useful. thank you

The in game option to change your Player ID is located here, under Support Menu:

I'm not sure that it will change your actual SEGA ID, though.

Nope, it won't change your Sega ID account name just the in game Player ID name and you can only change it once so be careful, also i don't think you can change your Sega ID name once you set it for your account.
