Can no longer connect to my ship

I keep getting "Server connection timed out" despite being able to connect earlier. I see all the ships status are normal, yet as soon as I connect I attempt to connect to my ship I'm shut out.

EDIT: It was proxy, was assuming it was either the tweaker update or missing System32 files.

Yesterday b/c of issues, couldn't launch anything, getting a error that program was created w/ an program that I would need to install to run. (wish I wrote it down)

hour or so later tweaker was rolled back to stable build (version x.5 from x.6), but would get MSVCR110.dll errors on startup, could still play game though.

today when at startup was update to version x.7 , in browser menu has a link redirecting people having connection errors and .dll errors to download/install

personally I'm still receiving dll error message even after installing, think it'll just take some time to trouble shoot the issue.

would include link but won't let me, haven't made enough postings to do so yet.
