So the Grind and Affix boost is almost upon us, what is everyone planning on doing?

Lets see, all the Love Fever units are pretty much gone in shops. So nothing for affixing.

Grind all Ranger Hunter/Negative latent weapons
4/5s each one

Grind all Elemental Rods
5s each one

Grind/Extend a few Partisans for situational use (like, less pp for assault buster dashing).
4s each one

Grind 3 XQ GSD weapons
5s each one

5s units for my Ranger
5s units for my Force


You know, I thought about making a 7s weapon, but there really isn't anything on the market that is worth 7s and I don't own a single 12* weapon.

3s and 4s is easy as fuck now.

It's actually really easy to make a good 4-slot weapon or unit ever since they changed affix rates. Souls tend to boost the affix rates of things you would actually want to use with the soul. For instance, I typically make something like Quartz Soul/Power III/Spirita III/Boost Item. All you need is Quartz/junk/junk/junk, Quartz/Power III/junk/junk, Quartz/Spirita III/junk/junk and a 20% (10% during boost event) affix boost to reach 100%. 4-slot fodder is pretty cheap now too depending on the soul. You used to need 2 of power iii and spirita iii to accomplish this in the past. The only part you can fail is getting the initial 4 slots + soul.

Well, okay, then. I wasn't aware they actually increased the base success rates for affixing. That changes things.

Still way too goddamn rich for my blood, but that's my fault for not actually playing the game all that much.
