PSP2i Crutz and Vasque's Partner Cards [Problem - need help]

Alright, i'm doing all the chain quests to unlock the partner cards of Crutz and Vasque, i did the first 3-4, i don't remember, but now it suddenly appear this message when i try to talk with Crutz, someone know what's about?
