There is a captcha check on the new posters, Post approving thing requires an always active admin to be able to enable people officially. It can't be a mod as far as i know.

Since this is a dedicated forum for PSO, how about having captcha questions when registering that has to do with PSO games, pretty sure bots won't have the answers.
