OMNI Enforcer Symbol Art

As weird as this may seem, I'm quite serious about this request. I've been told that this image does exist within the game as a symbol art, but I've had no luck finding anyone with it.
Current finder's fee is at 1.5m Meseta, please contact me here as my playtimes are a little wonky right now.
