So, i am not getting an email from sega to authorize my new comp

I got error code 650, which means that I am on an unregistered computer, and I need to check my email. I am supposed to get a code in my email so I can play the game, but, I am not getting it. It is not in spam or otherwise. Is my only option to make a new email and attempt to link it to my account? Also, I believe in order to do so I need to log in to the jp website, which has a timer on the captcha if I have heard correctly?
EDIT: I fixed it... had to switch over to a gmail account via the jp website, then I spammed the resend key button and it finally worked.
