Late June is early Summer? Not really, but at least we have a rough date now.

Summer - July
Late Summer - August

So, I think their goal is to have the servers up again any time before July.

CBT signup opened at 16:00 JST so it might be around the same time.

They'll probably put up a link on http://pso2.jp/

My guess is they'll replace the CBT link with the pre/obt link. Also, I'm sure there will be a post here on PSOW once it's up.
