PSO 2 tweaker black screen

i have problems with tweaker
first i have black screen and search for fixes and found a thread
i try everything but no result but still black screen

i need help with this problem i dont kown what i´m missing

It might be helpful if you said what you have already tried. Typically, the fixes for this are a file check or lowering your graphics settings.

exe fix
permissions fix
gameguard fix
no firewall

Did you try running the game from the official launcher yet?

yea but there is the pemissions error and it dosnt safe the pemission changes that i have made
