    I still have a bad habit of doing stylish roll before doing most PAs.
    I like using stylish roll to get into position.

    I would totally put points into it if I could afford it.
    I think it's just that other, better skills are a higher priority now.

    My crappy Gu/Ra skill trees look something like this.
    They aren't fully optimized for Gunner or Ranger main, though.

    i think that habit follows you from ep2 when stylish roll is OP as hell
    but it's fine, just combine it with DA, Aerial, Grim to position

    ...but it does! Section 4 of the guide is focused on the basic gameplay of Gunner. Section 2 tells you the popular GU builds and what they typically do.

    If you want to know more about Gunner gameplay that isn't covered by Selphea's guide (which really does cover almost everything you need to know) then be more specific. Things like boss strats, little GU tricks that are nice to know, etc.

    Alright guys, I recently found a 13* Thunder Gun Tagamikouga, from the "Driving Rain 3" EQ, and I was wondering it if competes with my 12* Blitz Fender (hidden potential).

    Aside from the element difference from those two weapons, is the 13* TMG better than my current 12* TMG? Thanks in advance~

    Well, assuming as max elemental and Tagami's potential proc (gear above 2), then yes, it's better to use Tagami.

    But, with current 25 ele or should your gear is below 2 (even if Tagami at 60 ele), it's better to use BlitzFender.
    Try to tweak the damage calculator to see it

    Ah, yes! I totally forgot about the PSO2 Damage Calculator. Nevertheless, thank you so much for the swift reply, final_attack.

    I'm close to getting one from the Collection File, so I'll casually try to get it to 60 element.


    P.S. I'm (low-key) in love with the way the Thunder Gun Tagamikouga looks! The thunder orbs on the back, while unsheathed, adds so much character to the weapon.

    How is GuHu these days?
    With decent units and Revolucio TMG, is it decent or still crap?

    I tried GuRa but I love tmgs for all the bouncing and jumping and moving and needing to stay still even if just for a little for Standing Snipe rubs me the wrong way.

    I think the idea for S.Roll JA was to reward a skillful dodge with extra damage; you don't have nearly as good damage from S.roll attacks, so the idea was to offset the time spent dodging by boosting the follow-up attack. but in practice, you wanted to use the strongest, longest PA with this skill in order to reduce the time you spend not dealing damage; and that turned out to be I.Fire, with honorable mentions to Elder Rebellion and Messiah Time.

    in it's current state, at most it would only serve to boost the first Satalite aim you use as you S.Roll into a Chain Finish, but only the first one.

    What would be the best between :
    -Tagami Mechguns
    -Revolucio Mechguns

    For the moment I'm just using Invade mechguns and they seem to do the work (not lvl 75 yet) well but I think those 2 above would do a better job. What do you think ?
