Some of you know that years ago, I went through a seriously tough time. I have OCD and Schizoaffective Disorder. Part of that i I get extremely depressed. Years ago, I was in the hospital for nearly two weeks. And I am unhappy to say I am getting closer to that point than I have been since then. Every time I have a problem, it adds to my depression. It's gotten to the point it happens to me a lot more often. I don't know what to do anymore that is even a little effective. I have been around less because or it. I'm sorry.

My depression is why I no longer go in FKL. I just have a hard time enjoying much of anything.

Make sure you get help from various areas. Is your depression localized around certain times of year?

Lately my depression has been happening at least once a week. And sometimes it can last several days a a time.the longest it went is a bit over five days. my medication dosage has been increased twice in the past year. I am sorry I was such a horrible person to some people here.

I want you guys to spread this around. I just got home from my therapist's appointment. My therapist is going to tell my psychiatrist how badly I've been feeling. I will maybe go to a day program every day for a while. But I am likely to be hospitalized. If I will be in the day program, I will update the topic. I'm sorry.
