    Exclamation English Installer Torrent Needs a 100% Seeder

    The torrent from Arks-Layer (found here - http://arks-layer.com/setup.php) has a tonne of 99.9% peers but nobody with a finished download. If anybody has that torrent downloaded and could seed it some, so I could finish downloading then I would gladly leave it on seeding.

    Yeah, I'm having the same problem, i hope somebody with 100% goes online. I've been 99.9 for like 4 hours now.
