Okay, a friend of mine is having a problem. He can't speak while in a party of 2 to 6 people or else his modem will reset and drop him out of the game. If his mic is on mute, he doesn't drop out and can hear us but he just can't talk.
He has no issues when playing any other game and speaking through the mic, so it can't be a mic or modem problem. Has anyone had a similar issue? How can it be solved? |

You said it can't be a problem with the modem, but humor me here; has he already tried an alternate modem? There isn't really any reason why his modem should drop and reset, no matter what applications are sending packets through it. Sounds like something weird is going on there (>.>)
On that note, what model modem is he using, and whats the topology of his home network? |
