I know that Club of Laconium/Mace of Adaman/etc. boost Foie/Barta/Zonde... do Fire Scepter: Agni and the other wand types boost spells?

Only mace of adaman says it boost barta. Laconium doesn't say it boosts foie. Does it just not say but still do it? Agni and Dagon don't say they boost either.
