Do you mean Club +10? You need a Cane +55 to make the Summit Moon.

Have both items in your inventory, equip your club, and then go to the magic rock "moola". There should now be a "use" option on the magic rock.

You can grind Summit Moon to +9, in the GC version.

Don't forget your FO needs to be at least level 100 for a Cane+55, lvl 110 for a Stick+40, lvl 120 for a Mace+25, and lvl 130 for the Club+10, as well as at least 650 MST.
