When you're doing two equivalent characters (I mean, I'm assuming they're the same guy... same personae, just two different games and two different jobs

) I wouldn't recommend drawing them in perspective, because it looks like you're favoring one over the other.
The symbolic yin-yang posing definately works best with a more-or-less side view imo, although like FOAtHeart mentioned it does look kind of flat. Instead of changing the overall setup of the picture (unless you do want a more realistic field) youl'll want to make your characters' poses more three-dimensional.
The guy on the right is completely lacking in flax, but I'm assuming that's your FO dude

But the much more complicated left guy ya might want to try video recording (or just jabbing PrtSc a lot) some acrobatic dagger PA lke Buten/Renkai/Moubu to get a good sense of some energetic flippy poses.
There is also too much space inbetween them. To get a sense of opposing electricity they need to get in each other's faces.
I dunno, it's all minute and hard to say anything in such an elementary phase
