Definitely resta should be a priority over reverser. I lag so I can't see the dambarta hitting ppling... I just see frozen, uh-oh, gotta get resta.

Always nice to see ppl carrying sols, when the forces are watching out for you and when they are in trouble, they stop and run to the fortetecher 'star' or 'sol' on hand.

I love barta, just wish it would level faster (falling the same class as megid and zonde ungh...) The only spell that travels uphill and downhill.

Ayup. Use, it, love it. Besides, the non-force types become more comfortable when they're not on fire, so it's a morale thing as well. They're less likely to run away from heals when they know what's going on, ie; you're going to remove the burny stuff after you throw a heal.

I'd like to respond to the idea of using buffs to cure debuffs.

Yes, Shifta will cancel Jellen. However, Jellen will cancel Shifta. Remember that the worms have a chance of causing Jellen every time they land a melee attack. Shifta costs you something like 30-40 PP every time you cast it, while Reverser costs around 8-10 (if memory serves). If your party isn't all that lucky, just curing the Jellen off during the fight can save you a hundred or so PP in a single encounter. By all means, get Shifta back up once the worms are gone, but there's no sense in paying five times as much for what is practically the same effect.

I appreciate everyones input in what spells would be useful to keep/get rid of. I really do want to keep Reverser and even Barta, I'm being limited just like everyone and it sucks but since I have made up my mind I will have all the bullets for cards/bows that makes my problem even worse. It's just how I want it, I like having every element for a particular weapon at my disposal. It's like telling a Hunter they "could" have every element for their weapon if they wanted to but they should only choose a few. So I am just gonna have to make due with 22. And the main reason for some of my spell choices is based on how cool they look to me, even if they aren't very useful, like Megid.

In PSU, Form > Function, every time. Cool Looking > Effective. That's why Resta and Reverser look cool, otherwise only the 1337 h4rdc0r3 g4m3rz would use them. The rest of us woud be like "Hurt? LOLZ. LRN2 strafe. I'm DPS biatch." /oblivious sarcasm

Yes, keep your reverser, your party will thank you.
