Looking at the unit in the database, I was wondering one thing about it. When it says 'Down Strike PP Usage
Down Firearm PP Usage', does that mean it lowers the amount the skill costs to use or the power of it?

it means that it increases the amount of pp used. like a say something takes 7 it wil use 10 or more instead

But wouldn't 'downs' mean lowers, not raise?

The down arrow means that you execute less PP-based attacks while wearing the unit.

it is the same as the HPC currently.

when orpa is online, it will probably pwn

I only play events, LOL segac quit giving them to us though LOL and updates lmao

does anyone know the stats on it? Like the atp increase?
