Does that mean we'll get to have 8 character slots for one server???!

Who's excited, who's jealous, who has other theories and speculations? etc etc

Decade long veteran of PSO, PSO Ep1&2, PSOBB, and PSUJP. Axel or VII will do.

That would suck though... kinda. If we get login issues again, we won't be able to play at all. :/

Maybe they'll put all 40 Universes back in like they had originally. They also merged the worlds on the AoI beta and it wasn't a problem. Im hoping they do something like that.

If they're confident enough to put them back together again, it might not be something worry about.

Our posturings, our imagined self-importance, the delusion that we have some privileged position in the Universe, are challenged by this point of pale light. Our planet is a lonely speck in the great enveloping cosmic dark. In our obscurity, in all this vastness, there is no hint that help will come from elsewhere to save us from ourselves.

They should like....merge JP ps2/PC and US/EU PS2/PC

That way we would have...like....a billion more players and I'd never come on to empty lobbies ever again!

The problem with the JP servers was that there were too many people trying to log in at one time and then people would stay logged in... there for 2 log in servers...that doesn't mean that there needs to be two sets of servers...only that the servers need to be reguated by two log in servers is all ^.^

Not so much an "if" anymore as a "when." SonicTeam have already confirmed that they want to merge the JP W1 and W2 together, and actually they would like to do it before the release of the expansion. (Going by this, I figure they've corrected the My Room bug that came up from this during the beta.) Anyway, with the merge, eight character slots will be given to JP players. Now, even though the NA/EU servers don't have World servers, it's still possible we might see this change, especially considering that we've gotten all game system modifications that the JP servers have. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't think of any changes we haven't seen.) Of course, nothing on this has been confirmed for players outside of the JP PC/PS2 version.
