Okay, my friend got a mark 3 kit and can't seem to use it on his mag for some odd reason. Mag's like level 198 so it meets the lvl requirement. Anyone know if there's a requirement on synchro or IQ? Or perhaps its a stat requirement....if you have any information that might help please lemme know. thanks.

A mark3 cell needs a lvl 5 (new mag) to use.
