yep. I am thinking of going to sleep.
 what is your favorite ways to fall asleep? I sleep on my right side of my right shoulder and sometime switch if i feel uncomfortable.  I usually take a shower before going to sleep because it feels great after a shower and then just sleep afterward. I can't fall asleep if my body is staying still. I have to be in motion. Either I move my legs constantly or rock my body back and forth until I tire myself out/fall asleep.

It needs to be dark and quiet for me to sleep, unless I'm already very tired. I used to listen to musicc, but I'd start paying attention to the lyrics and it'd keep me awake.

I need to have a fan going or some sort of drone. Silence bugs me. Can't sleep on my stomach, I'll roll around for awhile and eventually fall asleep on my back.

I sleep like, on my back, usually with my cat curled up on me, or my arms. Then I wake up with me on my stomach and him on top of me..
I NEED to be cold though, or else I can't sleep... It also helps to have some sound.. so I have my ginormous fan...  |

I have to have music, TV, background noise, crickets, raindrops on the window, whatever to fall asleep easily. I can't fall asleep if it's toooo quiet.
 I sleep the best when it's raining or storming outside.The exception is snoring. That drives me nuts, and I can't sleep if someone is snoring anywhere within earshot of me
