In short...
- some meteor (or chunk of rock in space) is called by Ragol and crash lands somewhere (forgot the actual name) and creates a 'crater'
- apparently there is some rumored material or new photon energy on this rock that crash lands and the Army (been so long that I forgotten the name)
- They were thinking about building a super weapon called the "Heaven's Striker Project"
- To find the source of the material in a rock they developed a genetically engineered newman (Rupa's her name I think it was) to find
- Apparently she loses it when she finds the source and Leo thought he can control her can't
- And this sandworm if I recall correctly called this meteor out from space
- This led to the crumbling of the great Army
That's the short version of what I can remember...

I think the army was probably Works. Also the main characters in Blueburst are Leo Grathart (you see him in an episode 2 quest), and Rupika (First seen in the Gran Squall quest that involves Bernie).
The sandworm is Saint-Million. I'm not too sure about the whole summoning of the rock by Saint-Million.
I believe Leo's father was involved in this unfinished project as well.
Sue, Kireek, as well as various other NPC's like Bernie and Gilliam make their appearances in the Government quests as well.
And the last thing off of the top of my head, during the final area right before the boss, Leo is with Rupika... Rupika begins to lose focus or something like that. Rupika then becomes a ball of energy, activates the Rock at the crater and Saint-Million goes crazy. After killing it, Rupika is back having no idea what just occured.
That's all I can add onto it. I think I should work on these quests again. I never got into the story of Episode IV really.
