i dont use Dan that often, hence the following dumb question:

does Dan's taunts do damage?

um lets think about this

Ryu excels at training. Allways seems ebtter than Ken, Ken never defeated Ryu.
Ryu nearly died fighting Gemma.(He was rest unconcious I believe.)
Ken beat the shit out of Gemma.
Sakura has pretty weak Chi.

I don't know what hard oponent Ryu has defeated.

My thought
Ken if in the right state of mind wins over all.
Ryu stil my favorite though, calm and stuff.

Ken is acutaly no better than ryu, they both have diffrent "kami" we'll call it active in them which drives their personlities, but it reflets as their training. Naturally Ken is more we'll say "talented" but there's an arrogance about him that isn't bad, but isn't too good either. That's kinda what slows him down into being what he absolutly COULD be. This man also has a wife adn kids. Ryu has...training....and nothing but..training.., and an Iorn will. His skill was forged a bit diffrent.., but the cost of that was basically him giving up his life to it, so that's all he does. Live for the fight cus that's what his life is based off of. That's the diffrence between ryu and ken. Sakura's focus is wanting to understand what makes Ryu do what he does. His way of life inspires her to train and her natural talent is what brought her to where she is now. If she had been taught to forget her skill like ryu and ken were, she'd be a lot stronger than what she is now, but what got her to where she is now is what several other missed/don't have. Which is talent and the heart to do it. If ryu went all and all out on Sakura, she'd stand no chance, a hit or two would be made, but Sakure would not win due to physical and mental disadvantages. But ryu will never fight her all and all out, which is why in alpha two when she did fight him, he lost.., he lost on upoupose, but he was surprised she'd even go as far as she did to be like him. he enjoyed the fight but nothing would be learned if he out right crushed her. The result is sakura training harder and getting better (and appearing in rival schools where i busted everybody's ass along with natsu and kyosuke ^_^). But dan......no...he's busted...he lacks the mind set to become as strong as he could be.., With his Saigo Dojo, he's saying he's the last ultimage and best in what he does...and he gets crushed. If he gained some sort of mental focus, and refined his techniques.., and let his test be challening sagat and being "sucessful this time O.o" maybe he'd be diffrent. But using Dan is like fighting a tank with a feather.., yeah u'd be ultimate master by doing that ..but damn..., I'll pass i'm sorry.., lol. But too bad i gave up the shoto fighters. Guy all the way now O.o Bushin ryu i pick over shotokan any day now(The fact that i study ninjutsu irl doesn't influcence this is swear ^_^() ) . now He's a diffrent topic ^_^

Sakura vs Ryu: What game? If it's CvS2, i'm saying Sakura. Sakura's karacancelled fireball is deadly cheap and efficient. Ryu is just easy to see coming a mile away, but Sakura does so much more. A-isms and all.

Any other game, i'm saying Ryu.

Sakura vs Ryu? I think Ryu would win. Hes had more experiance, better training. Ok, Sakura is doing quite well to have learnt her skills by herself, but they arent as honed as Ryus.
