Find a room with a large amount of a monster that has a rare form. i.e. El Rappy-->Pal Rappy.

Keep piping in and out and eventually one of the El Rappies with become a Pal Rappy.

Yah.. pipe in and out from the room itself, or outside it, or what... I tried piping in and out of the 6 lily room for 20 minutes and got nothin =/

be prepared to do it for a LOOOONG time. You can luck out in the first try or end up piping for an eternity. Not exactly a fun way of spending your time.
