most of the other head units all say slows TECHNIC casting time but also says increased TECHNIC casting, anyone have ideas on this?

It mean lowers the time for the cast and speeds up casting White thought you were a good techer...

lol i dont think there could be any way to make TECH faster - Har Quick on an AT is a magical monster machine gun already.
Personally i always HATED me/concentrate. It makes wands as slow as a rod and makes a rod even slower for 80+ TP. the speed decrease alone makes me wonder if there was say a HAR/Concentrate even an aT's speed couldn't compensate for it. |

The descriptions for the higher up concentrate unit also extends tech range.

They have a lot of new Tech units out in the database, like Heziri /Concentrate (12*) Unite
and something like a Orpad Speed or something or other. |
