I found a Glaive with an extra % called "Hit". It's at 25%, so does that mean my hit % has gone up by 25%?

You should check that by yourself.
Item pack > Equip And then check how much ATA that weapon add to you chara's stats. High Hit percents are Hunters' best friends. |
